Do you work on pre-paid basis or we pay when we hire your candidate?
There is no pre-paid on the «Search and tech interveiw tariff». You pay when you hired a specialist. «Technical interview tariff» requires pre-pyment. You pay for service and we organize and record the interview
What do we need to start?
Just a zoom meeting. You tell us which developers you need and we start our search
Do you work with urgent vacancies?
Yes, we do. But we inform, that minimal time for candidate search is 7 days. And that time may be prolonged depending on the vacancy you have
What happens if we do not like your candidates, after we hired them?
In that case we find a substitute to the candidate, considering revised requirements. And we definitely conduct a review of the previous one
I'm developer and i want to be in your database. What is your tariff?
We add your resume to our database based on the technical interview results. If you prove you meet the tech bar, then we add you and it’s free
